Tea Mix for Joint Pain

Tea mix for joint pain:

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) 100g
Oregano (Origanum vulgare) 100g
Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria) 100g
Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) 100g
Nettle (Urtica dioica) 100g

All the plants are mixed and four tablespoons of the mixture cover the water, mix, cover and leave it for one hour. Treat and drink in small sips during the day.

Tea mixture against pain in the joints (especially recommended for those suffering from rheumatoid arthritis):

Aspen (Populus tremula) 300g
Ash(Fraxinus excelsior) 100g
Goldenrod (Solidago virgo aurea) 100g

Mix all the plants, and pour four tablespoons of the mixture with 700 ml of cold water. When it is boiling, cook for 5 minutes, then let it cool for half an hour. Take the procedures and drink during the day in small sips.
