Anis (Pimpinella anisum) 20g
Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 20g
Broadleaf plantain (Plantago major) 20g
Breckland Thyme (Thymus serpyllum) 20g
Elder (Sambucus nigra) 20g

Mix all the plants, and pour 4 tablespoons of the mixture into 750 ml boiling water, stir, cover and leave for half an hour. Take the procedures and drink during the day.
