Tea for High Temperature, Cold and Running Nose – Home Remedy

  • Elder (Sambucus nigra) 40g
  • Littleleaf linden (Tilia cordata) 30g
  • Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) 30g

  • Mix all plants together.
  • Pour 3 tablespoons of mixture over half a liter of boiled water.
  • Cover the pot and leave the drink for 10 minutes.

  • Basil (Ocymum bassilicum) 40g
  • Winter savory (Satureja montana) 30g
  • Mint (Mentha piperita) 30g

  • Mix very well and cover thepot.
  • Leave for 20 minutes.
  • You may sweeten it with honey and drink during the day.
